Description:

The ideal candidate is an analytical team player who will be responsible for leading a team of high-performing individuals who own the entire product lifecycle from strategy to evaluation. You will also work cross-functionally to complete product roadmaps and discover new opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Work with engineers across the company to build new features and tools
• Work with the rest of the engineering team to review existing system architecture and establish goals and direction for scalability, stability, efficiency, and security
• Design and implement experiments to improve our customer's experiences
• Own problems end to end, thinking through everything from user experience, data models, scalability, operability and ongoing metrics.
• Uphold our high engineering standards and bring consistency to the codebases, infrastructure, and processes you will encounter.
• Collaborate with experts in product, design, and operations
• Participate in strategy sessions to develop the technology roadmap.
• Update, extend and optimize existing APIs as necessary to support existing and planned needs of other systems (dashboards, maps, etc.).
