Description:

The ideal candidate is an analytical team player who will be responsible for leading a team of high-performing individuals who own the entire product lifecycle from strategy to evaluation. You will also work cross-functionally to complete product roadmaps and discover new opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Define requirements for new features that will address core customer needs
• Drive our core product and define the strategic roadmap
• Mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives
• Work with cross functional squads, including engineers, designers, testers, and business stakeholders to deliver product iterations that create great customer outcomes
• Become a ‘go-to’ expert for your segment of the platform
• Participate in conducting user research, including analyzing feedback to identify new problems that our platform can solve
• Work with users and stakeholders to tease out needs and assumptions that they may not be aware of (or are not able to pinpoint)
• Craft the feature backlog and participate in prioritization, refinement, writing user stories and generally keeping the teams unblocked
• Contribute to new feature launches via demos and documentation, and assist with the development of product marketing and sales materials
• Define, monitor, and analyze product success with KPI metrics
